Anthony J. DiChiara’s practice centers on the defense of No-Fault insurance claims.  Anthony has experience litigating No-Fault insurance disputes, litigating declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurance carriers, and conducting examinations under oath. Anthony was an Associate Attorney at two mid-sized litigation firms where he gained extensive experience representing insurance carriers in all aspects of No-Fault litigation.  Anthony successfully handled hundreds of cases from inception to trial or settlement.   

 Prior to joining the Hollander Legal Group, Anthony obtained unparalleled experience as a judicial clerk at both the Appellate and Trial Court levels.  Indeed, Anthony assisted the judiciary with matters grounded in civil, criminal, and family law.  With insight into the judicial decision-making process, Anthony has honed his motion practice and oral argument skills. 

Anthony was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2017.  In law school, Anthony served as an Editor of the Touro Law Review.
