He has appeared in courts as far east as Riverhead and a far west as Buffalo.

At HLG, Jack’s practice concentrates on the defense and prosecution of fraudulent insurance claims. He also handles liability claims involving bodily injury, subrogation matters, and insurance coverage disputes.  Jack regularly conducts examinations under oath of medical providers and injured parties, andconducts reviews and investigations based on the information obtained, including documentation, in order to make recommendations to clients regarding coverage issues. Jack has extensive experience in commencing and litigating state and federal court actions against parties that are suspected to have committed medical fraud, including doctors and medical professionals, as well as the alleged injured parties and associated conspirators.

Prior to joining the Hollander Legal Group, Jack worked as a senior associate at a large regional firm where he was regularly involved in matters involving fraudulent insurance claims. He specialized his practice in oral argument of motions and trial appearances, and the identification and differentiation of legal issues raised in No-Fault matters. He was also responsible for drafting affidavits, motions, and memoranda. During the closure of the Courts due to the pandemic, Jack expanded his practice and conducted hearings and trials remotely for clients in Supreme Court, Family Court, and Housing Court.
