Christopher J. Volpe, Esq. joined Hollander Legal Group at its inception.  His area of practice primarily focuses on No-Fault litigation, and also includes personal injury defense.

Prior to joining Hollander Legal Group, Mr. Volpe was a Senior Associate at a litigation firm where he gained substantial experience in all aspects of No-Fault litigation.  Christopher has successfully litigated cases in the majority of Civil and Supreme Courts throughout Long Island and New York City.  He has experience handling cases from inception through trial, as well as conducting examinations under oath.

Mr. Volpe received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in May 2010, where he graduated at the top of his class.  While attending Law School, he served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and held several internships obtaining experience in both civil and criminal litigation.

Christopher is licensed to practice law in the New York State Courts as well as the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is as a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association
