Randi Gross is an associate at Hollander Legal Group. Randi’s practice focuses on general liability, premises liability and personal injury defense. She is proficient in managing all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. She has helped obtain important discovery rulings and dismissals before trial, as well as negotiated strategic settlements.
Prior to joining Hollander Legal Group, P.C., Ms. Gross served as in-house counsel to a group of construction service entities on whose behalf she handled all defense litigation. After obtaining her J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2006, Ms. Gross was an associate at a national law firm where she was involved in the defense of hospitals, physicians, and adult care facilities against claims of malpractice, negligence and statutory violations. She also represented landowners, landlords, and management companies in cases involving premises liability, lead paint poisoning, and mold and asbestos exposure.
While in law school, Ms. Gross served as the Purview Editor on the Law Review and interned for the Honorable Ira B. Warshawsky of the Nassau County Supreme Court of New York. In 2013 to 2015, she was an adjunct professor at Touro Law Center teaching New York Bar Examination preparation courses. She received her B.A in Communications from the University of Wisconsin in 2003.
